Ever feel guilty about spending a relaxing day with the kids? We all do. One thing that helps me not feel so guilty is that while I’m relaxing I try to accomplish something. Like doing some leg lifts with fairly heavy weights. I try to do at least 3 sets of 6 repetitions with one burn out set at the end. Guess what, I don’t feel so guilty about resting now.
